I stayed at this hotel for a sports tournament, and I found the location very convenient, especially for travelers looking for a pit stop close to HWY 95 before Baltimore. The room was comfortable, but setting aside a block of rooms for our group was delayed by a day due to a mishap by the front desk staff. The service was mixed but overall nice, with clear efforts from housekeeping and other staff. The dining experience was boosted by the complimentary homemade breakfast, making up for any rate concerns.
The hotel rooms were totally out of order, which required a room change, but the new room was very nice with 2 Queen beds and a clean bathroom, saving me a lot of stress. The location is beautiful and centralized within a shopping area, close to restaurants. However, it's behind a Tractor Supply. The service, including check-out and interactions with the staff, was friendly and efficient. The dining experience was complimentary but could use more variety. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay in a convenient location at a reasonable price.
